FSC wood and second hand wood
In the bathroom of Natuurlijk Leven, the walls are carpented with FSC wood. Everywhere where we work with wood, we use used wood (also waste wood) or FSC wood.

Why FSC wood: FSC wood is wood that is from controlled forest an unlike most other wood, come from beautiful natural areas like the Amazon and jungle that disappear more and more. By buying FSC wood instead of other wood, you help a little with preserving nature and animals.

Of course it is important that you don't do this carelessly. Naturally it is better to buy FSC wood, than for example wood from the ancient forests, nonetheless, when you do it carelessly, by for example buying new furniture each year, you are not much of a better person.
